The Mirador de Cortaderas was born in 2018 as a result of the need to have an accommodation experience in the city of Arequipa with the benefits of a luxury hotel at a fair price, You being our main axis in which we want to provide the best service that you deserve .Our hotel is located on a traditional Cortaderas street in the Yanahuara district, where you can see buildings in ashlar (genuine material of our city).

Our facilities have a green area of 200 meters of natural grass, which allows us to have a contact with nature and enjoy peaceful moments that this recreation area offers us, in this section you can take pictures of the memory. You can also make use of the dining and kitchen services.

Our beautifull colca valley is located at the noreast part of Arequipa, in the province of Caylloma, Colca comes from the Words “Collaguas” & “Cabanas” an ethnic group that lived along the Colca river side. It is also the second deepest canyon in the world with 4.150 meters after the Cotahuasi Canyon.

The canyon is an impressive chasm that the river has eroded between two enormous mountain massifs: the coropuna and the Solimana. One extends from spurs of the snow-covered Solimana to the confluence with the Ocoña river. Cotahuasi Canyon was cut by the Rio Cotahuasi, a tributary of the Rio Ocoña, to a depth of approximately 3354 meters - over twice the depth of the Grand Canyon.
